the suite was just okay, but the AC barely worked, leaving me in a sweaty daze. also, the fan grate shook loudly whenever anyone upstairs walked, very comforting! i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles—what a letdown! i almost considered a good review, but honestly, the disappointment was overwhelming.
